Enterprise-grade IT support — proactive monitoring, real response-time commitments, and documented systems. Reliably delivered to small businesses and homes on the Cape & South Shore.

Every engagement runs under a written agreement and a clear scope of work — so you always know exactly what's covered.
A flat monthly fee, billed per user or device, that replaces reactive break-fix with continuous care.
Backup coverage and specialist skills for teams that already have an internal IT contact — without adding headcount.
Scoped project work for businesses, plus simple pay-as-you-go help for homes and home offices — no subscription.
Lightweight agents watch disk, backups, patches and security around the clock — turning problems into tickets before you feel them.
Managed endpoint detection, MFA enforcement and email filtering as a baseline condition of every managed environment.
Monitored endpoint and server backups with quarterly restore testing — because an untested backup isn't a backup.
A living record of every client — topology, assets, licenses, vendors and vaulted credentials — from day one of onboarding.
Enterprise-grade process and tooling — delivered by someone physically on the Cape, at a price built for the local small-business market.
No work happens off-ticket. From an automated alert or a phone call, everything is logged, timed, communicated and documented — then rolled up into your quarterly review.
A ticket is created from a monitoring alert, portal, email or call — then assigned a severity that starts the response clock.
Work and time are logged on the ticket, with status updates at every checkpoint. No silent tickets, ever.
You confirm the fix, and any configuration change is immediately written into your documentation — not left as tribal knowledge.
Closed tickets feed a quarterly Technology Business Review covering assets, risks, recurring issues and budget planning.

| Medium (P3) | Degraded but workable — partial functionality loss | 4 business hours | 3 business days |
| Low (P4) | General request — how-to, minor change or cosmetic issue | 1 business day | 5 business days |

We're based on Cape Cod and cover the whole of Barnstable County — but we're glad to work with clients off-Cape and across the South Shore too, up to 100 miles from our home base. Travel fees are calculated by real drive distance, because straight-line distance is a poor proxy for actual drive time.
Blue View Computer Solutions is founded by Connor Jay, a Network Systems Engineer with a B.S. in Computer Networking & Cybersecurity and years of hands-on experience at established MSPs. Our team holds multiple industry certifications.
That means the same rigor a mainland firm brings: formal scopes of work, ticketing, monitoring and documented SLAs, but delivered by a local team who answers the phone and shows up. A dedicated lab network is used to validate every tool and configuration before it ever touches a client environment.
The long-term vision: grow Blue View further into a regional MSP for Cape Cod and the South Shore, anchored by proactive service and genuine local relationships.
Plain-language thinking on IT that actually matters to Cape Cod businesses and homeowners.
